FACIAL FAT GRAFT: FAMI TECHNIQUE
Procedure: Improving the sagging facial skin, most often done on men and women over 40 or younger

FACIAL FAT GRAFT USING THE FAMI WITH MACS LIFT TO REMOVE EXTRA SKIN (AC LIFT)
Procedure: To improve the sagging facial skin of the patient who lost too much volume on the neck, cervico-mental angle and the jowls. Most often done on men and women over 50 to 60 years old.
Length: 3-4 hours
Anesthesia: Local or local with sedation
In/Outpatient: Outpatient
Technique: Liposuction is done on the chin and jowls. Fat is harvested from the flanks, lower back or abdomen using a syringe liposuction. Fat will be processed under high speed centrifugation and transferred to the facial muscles of the temple, frown lines and cheek area to correct the deep naso-labial fold, the marionette’s line and chin. This is followed by MACS lift where the incision is done just in front of the ear and therefore sagging is corrected using a suspension sutures anchored to the temporal fascia to achieve a natural facial lift. When too much facial volume is lost and FAMI alone is not enough, this is the technique we use to restore youthful contour of the face and lips, smaller pores and lighter smoother complexion. It is a facelift without the stretched look or wind tunnel look.
